What a wonderful sunny day today for the Garden Party in Swords. It was Jim's first performance with his new repertoire and he brought his own guitarist, Denis. I was lucky, because I had forgotten to bring the lead for the keyboard. We didn't need it at all in the end.
Our lovely Aoife, who was to be there as well with her ballons and her facepaints and her beautiful voice had missed her way and while trying to find us backed into another car. Thankfully it was not all to severe, but she was quite shocked. And who wouldn't be.
Otherwise the performance was great and the residents loved it and where clapping and singing along while enjoying the sunshine and the food.
